DO SOMETHING GOOD TODAY!!
DGT currently provides six community outreach programs. You can donate time, items, or money to help support these efforts.
Often, when individuals and families become housed, they have nothing more than clothes on their backs. Through a partnership with several community organizations and generous individual donations, DGT is honored to furnish apartments for community members escaping homelessness.
In 2022, DGT helped furnish 82 individual homes. Only 2 of those have lost their apartments and gone back on the streets. We are continuing this program in 2023. You can help by joining our "trucks and muscles" volunteer team to help transport donated furnishings to apartments!

The best way for people to get and stay housed is to maintain consistent employment. This can be very challenging without transportation.
DGT has partnered with Pronghorn Bicycle in Perry, Utah, to repair and distribute 18 donated bikes (- and counting) to individuals in need of transportation for work. Pronghorn Bicycle volunteers their services without compensation.

DGT is currently partnering with eight area elementary schools to provide essentials for kids who would otherwise go without. This includes clothing, shoes, and underwear. All For Kids also helps new mothers access the requirements they need for their newborns babies.

Economic stability is a significant challenge for the unsheltered. DGT partners with Cindy Cisney at Affordable Quality Tax Prep by Cindy, LLC to help unsheltered community members file for missed COVID stimulus payments. Since the beginning of this effort, over $100,000 has been returned to community members in need. Cindy volunteers her services without compensation. It is still not too late to get stimulus checks!

Food insecurity is a significant challenge for far too many of our neighbors. Lack of access to healthy and nutritious foods is a serious threat to health and welfare. Made possible through a partnership with Catholic Community Services, DGT distributes over 3000 lbs of canned goods and bread per month.
